After successful submission a hard copy along with self attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of proof of age, educational qualification, experience, publications, sub-category etc., DD in an envelope super scribed “Application for the post of ______ for ESIC PGIMSR and ESIC Medical College,—————— (Name of the ESIC Medical Education Institute for which the candidate wants to apply)” preferably by Speed Post should be sent preferably by Speed Post to relevant address on or before 04-02-2015 up to 05:00 pm & For remote areas on or before 11-02-2015 up to 05:00 pm.

Instructions for online Application:
1. First Candidates have to scan their photo and signature.
2. Log on to website www.esic.nic.in on or before 28-01-2015 up to 05:00 pm.
3. Fill the mandatory fields and recheck the fields then press on “I Agree” Button.
4. Candidates who have to pay application fee must make the payment.
5. Then candidates will receive email id informing that the application has been successfully registered.
