For recruitment of suitable candidates to the post of Probationary Officers (PO) in the State Bank of India (SBI) & its associated banks across India, the Central Recruitment & Promotion Department conducts a written examination. The candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written examination and Group Discussion & Personal Interview round. This book has been designed for the candidates appearing for the written examination for recruitment of probationary officers in the SBI. The present success master has been divided into seven parts namely Test of Data Analysis & Interpretation, Test of Reasoning Ability, Test of English Language, Computer Knowledge, Marketing Aptitude, Descriptive Test and Self Evaluation Tests. Each section in the book has been divided into number of chapters covering the syllabi of SBI PO recruitment examination. The test of reasoning ability section covers both verbal reasoning & non-verbal reasoning with relevant theoretical explanation wherever required. The test of English language section covers the basics of English grammar, whereas the descriptive test covers English comprehension and descriptive skills. Each section in the book contains ample number of solved questions based on the questions asked in the previous years SBI PO examination. Also each chapter ends with a practice exercise which will help in practicing the concepts covered in the chapters. All the sections have been covered comprehensively for effective preparation for the examination. The questions covered in the book have been designed according to the current test pattern. To give the aspirants an insight into the current examination pattern and the types of questions asked in the previous years examinations, solved papers of previous years examinations of SBI PO have been given in the book. Also the book contains three mock tests which will help the aspirants self analyze their level of preparation for the upcoming SBI PO recruitment examination.
