Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 34 years for Dy Manager Posts & 29 years for Asst Manager Posts, 30 years for General, BC, 32 years for MBC/ DNC, 35 years for SC/ ST for Officer Posts, 30 years for BC, 32 years for MBC/ DNC for Asst Plant Manager Posts, 37 years for Manager Posts, 30 years for BC for Plant Engineer Posts, 30 years for Officer (HR, Safety) Posts.

Qualification : Candidates should possess Chartered Accountant (CA) for Asst Officer Trainee Accounts Posts, A recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology for Asst Plant Engineer Posts, Full time Arts/ Science/ Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR for Officer (HR) Posts.
